4. SMS program terms

NEU Global Capital operates an SMS program that sends application updates, follow ups, and funding option notices to people who checked the SMS consent box on our application form. The program sender is NEU Global Capital.

• How to opt out: To cancel text messages, text STOP to the number that messaged you. You will receive a confirmation text and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.

• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
